Ingredientes

Preheat the grill on medium heat for 20 minutes with the lid down. Without a grill, you can make these tasty burgers on the stovetop. Just cook the patties in butter in a pan for a few minutes per side. Mix ground beef, salt, and pepper in a basin.

Instrução

Cut the onion and jalapeño into tiny pieces. To reduce spice, remove the seeds first. Add onion and jalapeño to meat and mix well with hands.

Make one hamburger patties per serving. Press down slowly after shaping them into a ball. They cook quickly on the grill, so leave them thicker.

Grill the patties for 5-7 minutes per side, depending on doneness. Rest them for 10 minutes before serving to settle the juices.

Slice the tomato thinly while grilling the burgers. Cut the avocado lengthwise, remove the pit, and spoon out the flesh.   Take 3-4 lettuce leaves each burger to assemble.

Put burger in middle, cover with cheese and butter. Season tomato and avocado with salt and pepper. Wrap the burger for easy grasp.
