Healthy Green Juice
The purchase of organic celery is worthwhile, even if you choose to purchase conventional celery for everything else. You should adjust the amounts of fruit and vegetables to suit your own preferences. Add more apples to the drink to make it sweeter.
Ingredients
- 4 stalks celery, leaves removed
- 2 green apples, halved
- 1 cucumber
- 6 leaves kale
- ½ lemon, peeled
- 1 (1 inch) piece fresh ginger

Instructions
Accumulate all of the components. The following ingredients should be put through a juicer: celery, apples, cucumber, kale, lemon, and ginger.
This can be served immediately, or it can be stored in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to a day; before drinking, give it a shake.
