My picky family loves this tuna dish! The crunchy crust comes from the potato chips. You could serve it with roasted Brussels sprouts on the side.

– 1 (12 ounce) package egg noodle – 2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup – 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided – 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna, drained – 1 cup frozen green pea – ½ (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushroom – ¼ cup chopped onion – 1 cup crushed potato chip

Put some salt in a big pot and quickly bring the water to a boil. Let egg noodles boil for 7 to 9 minutes, or until they are soft but still have some bite to them. Drain.

Warm the oven up to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) at the same time.

In a big bowl, mix together the noodles, soup mix, 1 cup of cheese, tuna, peas, mushrooms, and onion.

Put the mix in a baking dish that is 9x13 inches. Add the crushed potato chips and the last cup of cheese on top of the mixture.

It will take about 15 to 20 minutes of baking in a hot oven until the cheese is bubbly.
